CENTER: Pretoria ESSENTIALS: a NQF 6 qualification in Office Administration/Office Management, Public Administration/Management, and/or Business Management/Administration, along with a Grade 12 certificate. It will be advantageous to have a NQF 7 in the aforementioned credentials. three (3) years or more of experience managing a team in support services or office administration. familiarity with meeting protocols and minute keeping. being aware of how departmental and governmental policies are applied, as well as the financial policies governed by Treasury Regulations. Strong interpersonal, managerial, organizational, administrative, computing (MS Office package), and verbal and written communication abilities. the capacity to function well both individually and collaboratively, as well as under duress. an up-to-date driver’s license. DUTIES: Assist with administrative tasks. Oversee and guide all efforts that assist with the directorate’s operational concerns. Oversee the telecommunications switchboard services. Verify that the Premier cell and phone system are completely operational and maintained. Control risk and human resources. Create and carry out a risk management strategy. Install mechanisms to reduce risk and address audit inquiries. oversee the Directorate’s financial affairs. Organize procurement-related tasks and support MTEF submissions. forming and preserving connections both inside and outside the organization.
