Knowledge: Policies, processes, and the compensation fund. pertinent parties. Customer service (the principles of Batho Pele). technical expertise. Lawful prerequisites: COIDA. The National Treasury Regulations, the PFMA, the Public Service Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS). Act to Promote Access to Information. Competencies: Organizing and planning. Authorize pension payments and keep an eye on the accurate database of financial information. Pay out pensions to both foreign and domestic retirees.
