SALARY: R325 101 (Level 07) annually CENTER: Pretoria ESSENTIALS: Candidates must hold a valid National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology/Computer Science, as recognized by SAQA, or an equivalent degree with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology. The applicant needs to have worked at an IT service desk for two years. Outstanding interpersonal abilities. Strong oral and written communication abilities, as well as outstanding planning and organizational abilities. the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively under pressure. Proactivity, time management, and multitasking skills. abilities to solve problems, inventiveness, results-drivenness, and diligence. DUTIES: Answering calls as the initial point of contact. logging, handling and resolving requests and incidents, giving users first-line assistance, and elevating complicated problems to higher-level support teams. Creating, deleting, and amending user accounts in accordance with the audit plus report guarantees that controls and compliance standards are fulfilled. Create reports for the IT Helpdesk.
