REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree NQF level 06 / 07 in Arts and Culture Studies or equivalent credential pertaining to the area as acknowledged by SAQA. A least with 2 years of experience in Arts and Culture. A valid driver’s license (excluding for individuals with disabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Recognize, nurture, and advocate for (up-and-coming) artists and artisans along with executing initiatives associated with the performing and visual arts and crafts: Enable transformation of performing and visual arts to influence socio-economic conditions advance, encourage and enhance community/public oriented arts, culture and heritage initiatives, create and uphold collaborations with pertinent stakeholders, oversee the execution of youth development initiatives and initiatives.
