REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree in Property Studies, Real Estate,or Property.Assessment and Administration or a comparable credential at NQF 7 as acknowledged by SAQA. 5 years of experience in a middle/senior management role degree in the Property Assessment area. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications software (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel, and Outlook, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The chosen individual will carry out these tasks:Offer guidance regarding the creation of guidelines / circulars / regulations and / or modifications to the MPRA. Supervise the supervision and assistance of local adherence in accordance with the stipulations of the Municipal Property Rates Act (MPRA) regarding the formulation of valuation and additional valuation lists.
