REQUIREMENTS: An NQF 6 qualification that is acknowledged by the South African Qualifications. Authority (SAQA) in Public Management / Business Management / Public Administration / Business Administration / Social Sciences (Psychology) /Development Studies. Five (5) years of experience, including two (2) years at the Assistant Director Level with three (3) years of relevant experience in public.job services/ Government operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the creation and execution of rules regarding Private Recruitment Agencies and Temporary Staffing Services. Organize the creation of business processes and protocols for the enrollment and certification of Private Employment Agencies and Temporary Staffing Services.
