QUALIFICATIONS:A bachelor’s degree in Public Administration / Public Management /Business Administration / Business Management / Development Studies / Project Oversight / Social Studies / Hazard Assessment / Evaluation /Accounting at NQF level 6 acknowledged by SAQA. Four years of experience of which two (2) years should be practical experience in Labour Activation Programs / Project Oversight / Job Creation and Retention Programmes / Business Development / Entrepreneurial ecosystem and two(2) years in a Supervisory role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate interactions with appropriate stakeholders regarding Temporary Employer-Employee Assistance Program, Business Revival and Recovery Initiative and Job Readiness of the Jobless initiatives. Align the execution of Temporary Employer-Employee Assistance Program, Business Recovery and Recovery Program and Job Readiness for the Unemployed in accordance with the authority of the Fund in the applicable provinces.
