REQUIREMENTS: Completion of Grade 12 along with a relevant undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management/Development or a similar qualification as acknowledged by SAQA. At least 3 years of related experience in the field of Human. Resource Advancement at a Managerial level. A legitimate driver’s license (that includes the excluding individuals with disabilities). Understanding, Abilities, and Expertise Proficient understanding of software applications and writing abilities. Noise and comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and insight into the law framework regulating the Public Service, such as the Public Service Act, Public Service Rules, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the delivery of human resource training and development services.Organize and manage skills training programs. Oversee the execution of Learnerships/RPL, Internships, Experiential learning, and AET initiatives. Manage grants. Deliver induction and orientation program.
