At least 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.Competencies & Expertise:Proficiency in computer use. (Microsoft Teams,Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Zoom, Acrobat)Fiscal management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Offer secretarial/receptionist assistance to the Head of Department: Answerphone calls for the Head of department and route them appropriately.to the appropriate authorities as well as aiding with phone inquiries.
