REQUIREMENTS: A suitable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF level 7) in Public Management, Political Theory, Development Research, Policy Creation,Governance, Local Administration or pertinent domain. A graduate-level degree (Honours or Master’s) will provide additional benefits. At least three (3)years of applicable experience in research, policy formulation, or evaluation and assessment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform research on service provision concerning local administration and regional administration. Organize and carryout research concentrating on the Governance Cluster Departments (which comprise divisions like Co-operational Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Matters, Community Safety, Security, and Liaison, Office of the Premier and Provincial Treasury.
