SALARY: Level 11 (all-inclusive compensation package) R896 436 annually CENTER: Polokwane ESSENTIALS: The South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) recognizes an undergraduate degree in human resource management and development (NQF level 6) or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. three (3) years of experience at the assistant director level, out of a minimum of five (5) years in an HRD setting. a current driver’s license, with the exception of those with disabilities. DUTIES: Oversee the creation of the workplace skills plan. Oversee the creation of policies. Oversee the creation of the course manuals. Oversee the administration of bursaries and the implementation of training programs. Oversee the administration of the learnership and internship programs.
