SALARY: R468 459 (Level 09) annually CENTER: Polokwane ESSENTIALS: The South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) recognizes an undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in public management, human resource development, or human resource management, or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a performance management setting. PERSAL results and certificate. a current driver’s license, with the exception of those with disabilities. DUTIES: Put the system for performance management and development into action. Make that the Performance Management Database is kept up to date. Provide support services for render administration.
