Pay range: R325 101–R382 959 annually (Level 07) CENTER: Bhisho A National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or a Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Management, Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Information System, Internal Auditing, Business Management, Public Administration, or Public Management, along with one to two years of relevant experience in a chain management environment and a LOGIS certificate, are prerequisites. Proficiency: Understanding of the Supply Chain Management Framework Act, the BBBEE Act, the Treasury Regulations, the PFMA, and the PPPFA. Work experience using LOGIS and BAS systems in a practical setting, including interpreting reports produced by the systems. It is necessary to have a current Code 08 driver’s license. DUTIES: Coordinating the execution of the procurement plan and putting procurement strategies into action. The incumbent will be in charge of creating purchase orders and making sure the quote procedure is followed. Before creating an order, do quality checks on each one to prevent unnecessary, inefficient, and ineffective spending. Taking care of obligations. Answer questions from suppliers and customers on order status, modifications, or cancellations. Carry out tasks associated with the Quotation Evaluation/Procurement Committee. help carry out additional tasks that have been delegated to the supply chain management unit.
