A current driver’s license. DUTIES: Examine dockets for cases. Choose whether to institute criminal procedures and carry them out. Create charge sheets and other paperwork, and speak on behalf of the State in all court proceedings. Conduct prosecutions on behalf of the state by leading witnesses, cross-examining, and speaking before the court about conviction, punishment, and other matters. Carry out the office’s general administrative tasks. Collaborate with criminal justice system partners to advance customer happiness, community involvement, and partner integration. Fulfill all associated responsibilities in compliance with the National Prosecuting Authority’s Code of Conduct, Policy, and Directives.
