SALARY: R1 059 105 annually (Level 12), which includes all benefits. CENTER: Polokwane ESSENTIALS: A South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)-recognized undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in HRD, HRM, or public management, or an equivalent degree in a related discipline. Three (3) of the five (05) years of experience in human resource development must have been spent as an assistant director. a current driver’s license, with the exception of those with disabilities. DUTIES: Workplace skills plans (WSPs) for the department should be developed and implemented under your supervision. Oversee and coordinate the creation and execution of M&E reports and annual HRD implementation plans. Organize and oversee the execution of general training initiatives.
