Serve as the unit is administrative assistant by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and sending, receiving, recording, and distributing correspondence. Handle documents pertaining to finances and administration. Respond to daily inquiries and ensure that the appropriate follow-ups are conducted. Take minutes during meetings and collect them.
