DUTIES: Efficient oversight of the workshop’s daily operations, frequent site inspections, and verification that every location complies with the legal requirements. Receive, handle, and follow up on unfinished work cards; oversee the upkeep of government buildings; protect and manage workshop tools and vehicles; keep an eye on the removal of office furniture and trash from state buildings; and participate in meetings with client departments pertaining to maintenance. Help with the workshops’ procurement and financial management procedures. Manage employees in accordance with the PMDS. Create reports on the activities that took place in the workshop.
