Respect and correctly implement all transversal personnel policies, procedures, and practices, such as all employment practices, PILIR, appointments, pensions, conditions of service and terminations, package structuring, SPMS, establishment administration, RWOEE, recruitment and selection, and conditions of service and terminations. In charge of authorizing and approving the implementation of all PERSAL transactions. Conduct sample audits and make sure audit compliance with AG requirements is met. Give management, supervisors, and staff direction and support on all facets of human resources (HR) administration. Offer guidance and assistance to institutional management on labor relations issues. Look into complaints and help resolve conflicts at institutions. Provide HR-related training at institutions.
