QUALIFICATIONS: A 3-Year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Development Planning /Economics or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6/7 as acknowledged by SAQA. 3-5 years of experience in a similar area. Skilled in Microsoft Office software software suites (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel, and Outlook, etc.) Alternate: A legitimate driver’s license. Wide-ranging journeys. Generic Skills: Arranging and coordinating.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The chosen applicant will carry out these responsibilities:Oversee connections. among macro economic policy, micro economic reforms, and sector-specific strategies aligned with local economic policies. Direct and oversee execution of the national strategy for Local Economic Development.
