REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate/Grade 12 along with six (6) years of experience in food services with at least three (3) years in a supervisory Role or Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Hospitality / Food Technology / Food & Beverage Management Management / Culinary Science. Experience in food services within a hospital setting. Familiarity with food service will be a beneficial asset. administration. Outstanding skills in communication, both written and verbal. Before Understanding of stock and key management is necessary. Robust interpersonal, analytical, and abilities in problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee material resources, inventory, tools, and the preparation and delivery. of sustenance and beverages. Perform inventory counting. Maintaining tidiness within the unit. Create performance packs and conduct staff performance evaluations. Confirm adherence to workplace health and safety standards. Exert dominance in the section. Implement cleanliness in every service area.
