REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate / Grade12Certificatealongwiththree(3)years of related experience. background in Finance or Diploma/Degree(NQFLevel6/7) in Finance/Logistics / Management Accounting / Financial Management acknowledged by SAQA. Familiarity with applicable laws,rules, and guidelines along with transversal financial framework in Government including BAS and LOGIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide provisioning services. Ensure effective provisioning and logistical frameworks and methods. Keep current provisioning records. Oversee and sustain the logistics and warehouse management systems. Sustain and manage expendable inventory.Distribution of consumable inventory items. Observe and oversight of compliance with proper accounting practices. Oversee and regulate all payments regarding the transversal systems. Guarantee proper distribution of expenses and income.
