REQUIREMENTS: A pertinent qualification at NQF Level 6 as acknowledged by SAQA. At least Five (5) years of experience, including three (3) years specifically as Assistant Director. inside relevant area. Valid driver’s license (unless for individuals with disabilities). RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee Departmental Performance Data. Gather quarterly performance reports and Annual reports Refresh the quarterly performance system for reporting and create presentations for quarterly performance reports. Examine monthly and quarterly performance reports of Business Units and evidence of performance countering the department’s sanctioned yearly achievements strategy and technical indicator explanations and generate data-driven findings reports on quarterly performance data.
