REQUIREMENTS: A pertinent NQF level 6 qualification acknowledged by SAQA. Qualifications in EAP/Labour Relations will be included as a benefit. At least five (5)years of experience, including three (3) years in a lower management position or supervisory grade of 7/8 in the respective domain. Legitimate automobile operator’s permit (aside from individuals with disabilities). Understanding and Abilities Understanding and comprehension of the legislative frame work for Public Service, regulations, rules,structures, and guidelines. Human and Financial administration abilities. Outstanding communication and people skills. Analytical, strategizing, and skills in organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out inquiries regarding complaints and conflicts. Gathering query documents and provide suggestions to the Deputy Director for additional processing. Act on behalf of the employer during grievance hearings. Enable resolution of grievances in grievance meetings. Provide training on complaints and disagreements. Tasked with creating and executing EAP programs.
